ITSN's current co chairs are:

Jamyang Dorjee, representing South Asia (Tibet Group: Bharat Tibbat Sahyog Manch, India) Jamyang is President of ITSN.
Jamyang Dorjee has worked as a Headmaster, a Secretary for the Sikkim Government Service, for the Tibetan Institute for the Performing Arts, the Norbulingka Institute and for the Tibetan Government sponsored India Tibet Coordination Office. His contribution to the Tibet movement ranges from starting the first Tibetan freedom organization in a settlement in Sikkim to serving on the Central Executive Committee of Tibetan Youth Congress. He is currently Chief Editor of Bod Gyalo, a monthly news magazine for promoting democracy in the exile community, Executive Director of the Tibetan Youth Empowerment Initiative, a serving officer in Himalaya Parivar (an Indian NGO for the protection of environment and culture of Himalayan Tibet) and Bharat Tibbat Sahyog Manch, as well as an Editorial consultant for Radio Free Asia.

Dr Dorothy Berger, representing the USA (Tibet Group: San Diego Friends of Tibet). Dorothy is Chief Financial Officer of ITSN.
Dorothy Berger is a retired professor of English. She has a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her career includes teaching for two semesters at a Chinese university, where she taught British and American literature. In the U.S., her courses included critical thinking (with the Tibet-China connection as the subject of students' research), British literature, and Chinese literature and civilization. She has lectured extensively on Tibet to both community and academic groups. She has considerable administrative experience, including contract negotiations and strategic planning. Her involvement with Tibet began almost 20 years ago, and during much of this time she has been on the board of San Diego Friends of Tibet, for which she is now the Coordinator. Dorothy has been on the ITSN Steering Committee since 2003 and Co-Chair since 2005.
